Washington Blvd., turn south either prior to the intersection at H&R BLOCK if you are approaching from the east or at the intersection if you are approaching from the west.  For north or southbound traffic on Geo. Washington Blvd., turn into the parking lot directly across from Coca-Cola Bottling Plant.   You have arrived.
